In meditation, I saw a wooden table surrounded by eight radiant, non-human beings. I felt an immediate sense of belonging, even without knowing their names or identities.
A Table of Belonging
Many of us walk through life feeling separate. Even in a room full of people, it's easy to wonder whether anyone truly understands what we carry inside.
Members of a Greater Family
What I've come to understand is that we are not isolated wanderers, we are members of a greater family of light. That connection shows up in different ways: through visions, through dreams, through a shared meal, or through a single understanding glance from someone who simply knows.
Returning to the Table
For anyone feeling disconnected, the practice is simple: picture a table with a seat reserved for you, and affirm quietly I return. I belong. It's a way of accessing a belonging that has always been there, waiting to be remembered.
Belonging is not found. It is remembered.
